* special rate requires an 8 hour minimum booking; applicable to weekday sessions only. Weekday sessions between 4 and 7 hours & weekend sessions under 10 hours bill at $44/hr. **Lockout rate is for 8 hour session. 10 hour lockout rate is $390. Please call for corporate rates & hourly rates for weekend sessions less than 8 hours.
Mastering Sessions and Billing Policy:
Attended mastering sessions are billed hourly/daily as above. For "send-in" projects, refer to the pricing listed on our Mastering Packages

1. When you are ready to reserve a session,
we recommend you contact us first to select the dates and times
of your session. The studio schedule is managed by David Andler,
who can be reached from 10AM-7PM Monday to Friday at (410) 929-3786.

After settling on the date and times of your session, you will
need to pay for the session to confirm the session and guarantee
your reservation of time. He will advise you on when your payment
to confirm the session will need to be made.
2. Payment Options: We accept checks, money orders, cash, and all major credit cards. If you wish to pay by cash, check, money order, you can make arrangements with Brian to make your payment in person during our normal business hours. If that is not convenient, you may also pay online via credit card. Click here to pay for studio time online via credit card.
3. Billing Rules: The billing clock does not stop during the day for breaks/lunch/errands/etc. Please plan your session accordingly. On full day sessions, our engineers may be available for start times as early as 9AM or as late as 1 PM. Our scheduling coordinator will help you to set the start time for your sessions in advance.
Our Normal Day Rate is for 10 hours. If available, our engineers may be able to work longer than 10 hours on certain days. If so, they will advise you regarding hourly charges for overtime.
If paying by credit card in person, clients must pay any balances left for their sessions before 6PM M-F only. (Lord Baltimore does not run credit cards after business hours at this time).
If paying by credit card, we must get name on card, full billing address of the cardholder, an email address for written approval, and a phone number (no exceptions).
All first time clients must provide a drivers license or state issued identification at the time that they pay to reserve the sessions. All time used in the studio is billable, including remixes, edits, etc.
Please select the denomination of time you wish to book:
• hourly 1-3 hours
• hourly 4 or more hours
• day rate (10 hour day – lockout rate)
• 30 minute increments of additional time
Weekday Evening Special: $252/day; (6hr block)
NOTE: All online booking is subject to our Billing Rules below, and we strongly recommend you reserve the date for your session in advance prior to booking time online. You must enter an accurate billing address for their credit card. A receipt will be mailed to you at the address provided. This item is available on our site as a convenience to Lord Baltimore Recording Studio customers who wish to pay to reserve sessions after hours or from the convenience of their homes. An engineer will email you to confirm receipt of your payment and scheduling for your session. Sessions paid for by credit card may be rescheduled at least 96 hours before their scheduled times without a fee. If you reschedule a session less than 72 hours prior to its start time, the fee for is 6%. If you reschedule a session less than 24 hours prior to its start time, the fee for is 18%. Outright cancellation of a session at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled start time will entitle the purchaser to a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 96 hours prior to the scheduled start time is not allowed, and no refund will be given.
